Will COVID-19 impact my return?
Delivery times may be impacted due to the pandemic which may result in us recieveing the product a bit later than usual. However, this does not impact the refund processing time.

How do I know if a product I have is authentic? Does Saininsain guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on Saininsain.com?
Saininsain products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship.
Counterfeit Saininsain products are replicas or imitations of authentic Saininsain products that are aimed at misleading consumers and can be of poor quality, lacking the details and craftsmanship which characterize authentic Saininsain goods and can sometimes be marked at higher prices.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Amazon Pay allows you to complete your purchase by using the information stored in your Amazon account. You won't need to reenter your credit card information, and typing of your billing and shipping address on Saininsain.com as your account information will be linked to your Amazon profile. Simply login with your Amazon account username and password and select from the information already stored in Amazon.
Do you offer monthly payment plan options?
No, at the moment we do not offer any monthly payment plan options.
Can I use multiple methods of payment?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
Do you accept or offer gift cards for sale on Saininsain.com?
Yes, we do offer Saininsain gift cards for sale and also accept Saininsain gift cards as a form of payment.
How many units of each product may I purchase on Saininsain.com?
You may purchase upto five items per style.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section.
Pre-orders a d back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.
Made to Order and personalized items cannot be cancelled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I care for my Saininsain items?
Saininsain products are made with carefully selected materials and should be handled with care for longer product life. Small marking and irregularities may be apparent, even in the most luxurious textiles. The variations in colour and texture are merely the naturally occurring characteristics of the leather and plant fibers and should not be considered imperfections.
Each item will ship with an insert that details suggested care information.

Are Saininsain products waterproof?
All natural materials react to humidity; thus, we recommend protecting the products from rain. Should they get wet, pat dry with a cloth and allow to dry naturally. The textiles used have not been waterproof treated in order to retain softness.
More care guidelines...
Use cleaning products relevant to the textile you wish to clean. Do not place under artificial heat or direct sunlight as they may deform and change colour. Keep all fabrics, raffia and leather surfaces from rubbing against other types of materials as they may be abrasive. Avoid rain and damp conditions as the dyed materials may discolour. Keep patent leather goods away from other leather products to avoid discolouration as they might absorb dyes. Be particularly cautious with ornamental accessories such as beads, studs or any other types of embellishments from rubbing against surfaces that may catch or scratch the metals as they could be lost or damaged. They also may oxidise during humid conditions. When not in use, store in the protective cotton bag received with purchase.

Uncoated to be fully recyclable, all packagaing has been designed to decrease the use of inks and is crafted through FSC-certified paper and cardboard from sustainably managed forest sources.
We have optimized our e-commerce packagaing by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed forest sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse. Stepping up our efforts, we have also incorporated more sustainable methods and materials for packaging in our logistics.

We encourage the use of animal-free raw materials that are primarily from sustainable, renewable and bio-based sources and has no impediments to scalability or limitations on volume.
